As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and financial guidance to clients. You will assist customers with their banking needs, offer financial products and services, and build lasting relationships to help them achieve their financial goals. This position serves a branch office and requires flexibility and willingness to handle a variety of customer requests. This position works closely with all departments of the bank and is considered a frontline customer facing employee.
The Customer Service Representative position at Lake Central Bank is a person who is on the front line of
customer contact, serving as the individual who completes all their financial transactions. They are the “face of
the bank” and a key component to what the bank’s reputation is built on. This is a role that requires continual
attention to detail and time management.
